Yes. You can book one or both services. If you book both, we offer a combined price. We just need to coordinate the dates and access times for each flat.
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially during peak moving seasons (June-September and end of month). For urgent dates, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Whatever you prefer. You can be present, leave us the keys, or coordinate with your landlord or letting agency to give us access. Many clients give us the keys in the morning and collect them at the end of the day.
Yes. For the flat you are leaving, we clean inside the oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. We also clean the extractor hood and its filters. For the new flat, we disinfect the inside of these appliances before you start using them.
Many of our clients hire us for exactly this reason. We leave the flat in professional handover condition. If your landlord has specific requirements (for example, spotless walls or an oven that looks brand new), just let us know and we will make sure to meet them.
We don't issue cleaning certificates, but we provide detailed verification photos of each room that you can share with your landlord or agency as proof of the condition you left the apartment in. Many clients use these photos to recover their deposit.
We clean both. Empty apartments allow for deeper cleaning because we can access all surfaces. In furnished apartments, we clean around and under furniture as much as possible. Empty apartments have a visibly better result.
Yes. We adapt to your moving schedule. We can clean the old apartment right after the furniture is removed, and the new one right before it arrives. If you need both cleanings on the same day, we organize two teams.
